About ETS
Emergo Train System (ETS) is an academic / educational simulation system used in several countries around the world for training and testing the preparedness and management of emergencies, major incidents and disasters.

The ETS psychosocial support training material is developed in order to practice coordination and psychological first aid for situations in everyday life as well as major incidents. The material was developed in 2013 and is used by county councils and municipalities in several countries. There is from September 2021, a new updated Psychosocial support set - version 4 available in English. The set is available in size medium and small. In medium size are survivors and conversation cards 301-400 included, and in small size survivors and conversation cards 301-350.
The ETS Psychosocial support set can be used:
The material consists of survivors of both genders, in various ages, family circumstances and life situations, so as to reflect a normal population of survivors of a major incident. They have been designed to reflect reactions to a potentially traumatic event where the survivors is not physically injured but has been exposed to this. The survivors have different reactions and different coping abilities. This demands individual assessment of the psychological first aid and individual assessment of the follow-up that is needed.
Stickers are included to be used to visualise actions that can be taken during psychological first aid.
If you already have ETS Psychosocial support set version 3, it is possible to update the existing set with new material. Contact us for further information!
