About ETS
Emergo Train System (ETS) is an academic / educational simulation system used in several countries around the world for training and testing the preparedness and management of emergencies, major incidents and disasters.
A new set of figurant cards have been developed. The cards can be used when conducting pre-hospital exercises using figurants acting injured. The cards can also be combined with an exercise using ETS magnetic patients.
An Emergo Train System (ETS) Senior instructor course was conducted September 13-15 in Toyama by the ETS Educator faculty in Japan. A total of 15 participants completed the program.
In August, the ETS faculty of New South Wales held a Senior instructor course in Tweed Heads, Australia. The students, total 21, came from both New South Wales and Queensland.
During June, a team of Emergo Train System (ETS) Educators from the Public Health England ETS Faculty in the UK will be delivering a Senior Instructor course for Dr Pablo Jiménez, a physician and specialist in disaster medicine in Quito, Ecuador.
New material for training in Management and Coordination of psychosocial support
In March 21-23 2014 the ETS faculty in Japan conducted a national Senior instructor course. The course was held in Toyama.
