On August 19–21, the ETS Competence Center arranged an international ETS Senior Instructor Course for staff from the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), the Norwegian Red Cross (NorCross), and the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC).
The ICRC applies ETS in trainings and simulations worldwide and is a key partner in developing the ETS Humanitarian Set, a training solution designed for use in low- and middle-income countries. Since 2020, the ETS Competence Center has had a Memorandum of Understanding with the ICRC, with one of the joint projects being the development of this Humanitarian Set.
We are proud to announce that 20 participants from Norway, India, Jordan, Ghana, Iraq, Yemen, Lebanon, and Ukraine are now certified ETS Senior Instructors!
