In October, an Emergo Train System® Psychosocial support instructor course was held at ETS Competence center in Sweden. The course is aimed at professionals working with psychosocial support efforts who want to strengthen their skills in psychosocial support and leadership.
During the training, participants practiced how to plan, conduct, and evaluate exercises using the Emergo Train System® (ETS) simulation tool – which includes a dedicated module for psychosocial support exercises.
There are now over 200 certified ETS Psychosocial support instructors across Sweden, representing both regions and municipalities – and now, even more have joined their ranks!
