About ETS
Emergo Train System (ETS) is an academic / educational simulation system used in several countries around the world for training and testing the preparedness and management of emergencies, major incidents and disasters.

The ETS Competence center conducted an international ETS Senior instructor course August 29-31 2023 with 19 participants from Kenya, Moldovia, Denmark, The Netherlands, Jordan, Sweden, Germany, Belgium and Trinidad and Tobago. We wish all instructors good luck with future trainings!
The ETS Hospital set version 4 is now available in German! The set have been customized to German conditions with regard to staff symbols, resources, signs etc. The set is available in large, medium and small. Customization and translation have been made in collaboration with ETS Senior instructors in Zentrum für angewandte Notfallwissenschaft GmbH in Essen, Germany.

A new updated version 4 of the Decontamination at hospital set is now available. The set can for example be used for testing the decontamination organization or testing the surge capacity regarding lack of material or personnel.
The material consist of a victim bank with 200 patients of which 100 have been exposed to irritant gases (for ex ammonia), 50 been exposed to cyanide and 50 exposed to nerve agents (for ex Sarin). All patients have a management card.

An ETS Senior instructor course was held by the Japanese ETS faculty in Fukushima June 16-18. We wish all new Senior instructors good luck with future exercises!
The course dates for the international Emergo Train System (ETS) Senior instructor course 2024 is now released. The ETS Senior instructor course is 3 days and during the course you learn how to plan, set up, run and evaluate simulation exercises and trainings with Emergo Train System. The international course is held in English.

The Health Department of the ICRC Damascus delegation as part of their earthquake response support to the Syrian emergency response services, are currently conducting a series of “Basic Awareness & Preparedness for Emergencies Workshops” in the earthquake affected areas in the Nort-West of Syria.
