📅 24 September 2026
📍 Paris, France
This one-day pre-course provides a structured and practical introduction to how hospitals manage major incidents and crises — with a strong focus on how strategic, tactical, and operational levels interact and depend on each other.

💡 What you will gain:
• A clear understanding of the key principles of hospital disaster preparedness
• Insight into how decisions are coordinated across different levels
• Improved awareness of roles and responsibilities during crises
• Tools to identify and address common challenges in communication and coordination

🔧 Hands-on simulation with Emergo Train System (ETS):
A key part of the course is a multidisciplinary simulation exercise using the Emergo Train System, where participants will:
• Train decision-making in a realistic major incident scenario
• Practice patient flow and capacity management under pressure
• Strengthen coordination between departments such as Triage, Emergency Department, ICU, Operating Room, and Inpatient Wards

This practical exercise is designed to evaluate and improve the hospital’s integrated response, helping identify both strengths and development areas in real-time.
