First Combined ETS Simulation of a Hospital Disaster Plan Activation in Spain
Last week, ETS Senior Instructor Yolanda Villalón Alvarado led a comprehensive ETS exercise in Málaga to test the hospital’s disaster plan using the newly translated Spanish ETS materials.
The simulation brought together staff from across the hospital — including the Emergency Department, Surgery, ICU, and inpatient wards — creating a valuable opportunity to assess readiness, improve coordination, and strengthen overall preparedness.
