The ETS faculty of Western Australia, conducted an ETS Senior instructor course in March 2025. Throughout the course, participants collaborated in groups to design and deliver exercises—ranging from small-scale pre-hospital scenarios to large, complex, multi-location exercises with a strong focus on patient outcomes.
These hands-on activities enabled participants to develop practical skills in emergency scenario planning, triage, and system-level preparedness. By the end of the course, participants were equipped with the knowledge and tools to design and implement similar exercises within their own organizations.
